but your email address has changed since you registered and you have not updated your details,
the system will attempt to send an email to your old address. When registering you get an incorrect email address entered message - the most common error is adding a .co to an nhs email address - e.g. john.smith@nhs.co.uk, this is incorrect. There is no .co in an nhs email address. |
