Unable To Log In?

Forgotten your password?

On our homepage there is a Forgotten your details button, however if you have forgotten your username or what email address was registered, you can just email us and tell us your old email address and we’ll send your details to your new email address.

My work email address is not being recognised when I log in, what do I need to do as I receive emails from you to this email address?

The system will only recognise the email address you have registered, if your work email address has changed, you will need to log in using your old email address and update your new email address in ‘My Details’.

When your work email address is changed, your IT department will re-direct emails from your previous email address to your new email address.

Username or email address not recognised?

If you entered a space in your username when you registered e.g. John Smith but try to log in using JohnSmith, the system will not recognise you.

Also for your email address, if you registered John.Smith@townpct.nhs.uk.com in error but your email address is John.Smith@townpct.nhs.uk it will only recognise the email address registered.

If you need reminding of your logging in details, please email us to assist.

I am using the correct email address and password but I am unable to log in, what can I do?

For Internet Explore browsers try Tools / Internet Options /Delete Temporary Files and try again (other browsers have slightly different methods). If this doesn't work, contact us and we’ll help.
